    1. If you have Payoneer card then move to next step otherwise click here to register for Payoneer Mastercard for free.

2. After you have registered for Payoneer Card , get it activated and verified. After verification you will receive a confirmation email and then login to your Payoneer Account.

3. Login to Payoneer Account and then click on the US Payment service located under the Receive Money tab.

4. After clicking on the US Payment service as shown in the picture above , you will see a Bank Routing Number and Account Number.

5. Note down these two numbers and login to your Unverified Paypal Account.

6. After signing in to Paypal , click on the Add/Edit Bank Account under profile tab as shown in the picture below:

7. Enter the Routing Number and Bank Account number that you have noted down in the step 5 and click on Continue tab.

8. Now wait for 2 to 3 business days. During these days , Paypal will make two transactions from your payoneer card to verify your account. You will be notified when Paypal will make those two transcations.

9. After Paypal will make those two transcations, check the amounts from your Payoneer statement and enter those two figures in Paypal account by clicking on Confirm Bank Account as shown in the picture below:
